$25.00 per guest/night after 25 guests
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation. The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
If you are planing to host an event: There’s event fee of $2000 to cover all liabilities for up to 55 guest on the propery for day use, must notify and discuss venue prior to reserve this property.
